MICHAEL P. CARBONE is a dispute resolution specialist, whose practice has been built over a period of 30 years. He is primarily a mediator, but has also served on many cases as an arbitrator or court-appointed referee.
He resolves commercial, employment, construction, real estate, personal injury, estate and trust, insurance coverage, legal malpractice, and corporate and partnership disputes. He practices throughout the State of California.
As a lawyer for more than 45 years he developed a set of transactional and litigation skills that have served him well as a neutral, especially in complex cases. He practiced in many diverse fields of law and served a clientele that came from a wide variety of industries.
He is a founder and past president of The Mediation Society, and a member of many other professional organizations, including the Bay Area E-Discovery Forum which he founded in 2013.
He is a frequent author and lecturer on dispute resolution issues and his monthly publication entitled “Resolving It” provides timely advice on the negotiation, settlement and adjudication of disputes.
